Why dont you do something better with your spare time then waist ours, we use this board as means to expand our knowledge about our own cars and similar cars, not to fight with one another..so far many on this board has helped me alot with my car and I dont need pathetic losers like urself ruining our strong board...get a life and f*ck off..

hey guys. turbotyper and 4 devils thanx for the support. i do drive an import by the way youve all probably seen it before. i know its not the fastest it will be a show car soon, as for my 3 door, all of yall will see it in about 1 - 2 months bobbin the front end at jim and all of his buddies.

oh and by the way jim, i know you and you know who i am, you talked sh1t about my car and that just made me determined to build one for under 10,000 that would outrun yours. so when you see someone running low 11's high 10's you wont hear whinning like yours (like a BABY) youll hear something whistling and i dont mean a a vacuum leak. oh and also tighten up those blow off vavles next time so that your costumers will be satisfied

What makes me laugh are all these newbies who can't even get a 12 second car talking about getting a 10 second car out of nowhere. Maybe Jim has the right to talk a little shit if your car wasn't running too well or was built without much care. He also runs a decent time for a street setup that'd dependable so you can't give him too much beef about that. You sound like somewhat of a normal person so I'm wondering why you didn't just come on the board and talk more "respectable" shit before spouting off so much crap? Maybe more people would have listened and respected your challenge.

to the guy that says superchargers are on the fastest cars-you can't even bring the nhra cars into this.that is a whole diferent ball game.they have several 100 more cubic inches and a crapload more torque.honda engines use up a lot of torque turning that sc.and to 4devils,never say never.

No what i said was THE FASTEST CARS IN THE WORLD ARE SUPERCHARGED NOT TURBO CHARGED. Just so you understand correctly. I beleive Superchargers are the way to go. Hell if its good Enough For alot of Mercedes Benz cars. then its good enough for my little honda del sol.

the fastest cars in the world are not turbo charged... the fastest cars are supercharged. so before someone gets there panties in a wad. learn what makes real hp. its call Superchargers..... I dont see John Force out there screamin turbo this and turbo that. he has a Roots style blower. Hey like the one that Jackson has. hmmmm Well now that i have made a point. Get off it. When I first heard of this flame job earlier today, I must admit, my feelings were hurt. I was angry that someone might try to make me look bad on this board to the rest of you... and now, I am so very pleased that you all see these posts for what they are... just a bunch of crap.

First, I would like to thank all of those who defended me here. I am glad to be a part of this "FI" family.

Second, I will not dignify either of you two flamers (jacksonr4babies, crxzc) because you don't even know me... how can you pass judgement ???

Last, Smitty... I am sensing a little hostility in your recent tone. I don't know when this became a "Who is fastest" duel between you and I... know this: I will be very happy for you when you make mid-12 second passes on a regular basis without scattering parts. I have never wanted anything but this for you... I have felt bad for you every time you blew your motor apart (all what ??? three or four times ???). So, instead of coming out to Steele and watching me run, why don't you come out and run YOUR car. Show all these locals what a Turbo car can do. I will cheer for you all of the way.
As for my car: I have driven it for over a year now in its current form. Except for the violent diff/trans break (I was not blessed with a LSD from the Factory as you were) and a couple of axle breaks, this car has run without a hitch. I drive it to work almost every day, I make mad power runs up and down highway 78 taking customers for test drives, and I have made HUNDREDS of passes at the track. I have the miles and the time-slips to prove it.

Bottom line: My car usually runs 12.60's to 12.80's... I have been testing some fuel solutions and the car has not responded as well as I had hoped. Current times have been from 13.00's to 13.60's (Last Friday night).

As for MAD $$$ being spent on this car so far: I totalled it up -- and everything, including the price of the car, has run me about $14,800.00

Now, I believe this is a bargain for a mid twelve second car... don't you ???
